Buffalo x 8

STANDARD (OSLO)'s latest exhibition "Buffalo buffalo Buffalo buffalo buffalo buffalo Buffalo buffalo" is gathering works with an interest in inane insistence on same while implying the impossibility of identicalness.

"We decided to make a press-release with only one sentence," says Eivind Furnesvik when we asked for more information about the exhibition. "We didn't feel like saying more than that — the rest is about being there and spending time with the art work. It's just like that with art sometimes, and ditto with some of our exhibitions."

What we do know, however, is that Buffalo x 8 displays work by Gardar Eide Einarsson, Matias Faldbakken, Jaya Howey, Chadwick Rantanen and Josh Smith. Enough said. Get your ass over if you are in Oslo.
